This Workshop aims to develop knowledge and skills when providing person centred support. The workshop provides an opportunity for participants to develop a deeper understanding of how to develop rapport and assist others, particularly those living with dementia or people who have mental health issues. The Workshop content can be modified to meet specific needs identified/needed for the service.
